GULF SHORES, Ala. – Thursday kicked off the 64th annual Men's and 35th annual Women's Outdoor Track and Field National Championships, held at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium in Gulf Shores, Ala. The Swedes had five student-athletes scheduled to compete on the first day, but lightning shortened the day and suspended competition until tomorrow.
